  • We offer a free 15-minute phone consultation, which will allow you to ask questions, express your concerns, and get a feel for whether our expertise aligns with your needs—all without needing to commit to a full appointment. Our goal is to help build trust and rapport from the outset before diving in deeper.

    We offer day, evening, and night consultations and session appointments to accommodate your varying scheduling needs.

  • We are currently licensed to practice in the state of Colorado and Minnesota.

    PSYPACT, or the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact, is an agreement among certain U.S. states and territories that allows licensed psychologists to practice across state lines without having to obtain additional licenses.

    As a member of PSYPACT, we are authorized to provide telepsychology services in 41 states across the U.S. (for listing, click here).

  • Telehealth sessions fees are $275 for the initial intake session and $200 for follow-up therapy sessions. We also offer sliding scale fees based on income and household size. Please reach out to see if you may be eligible.

    A Good Faith Estimate (GFE) will be provided to you that outlines the expected costs of therapy based on the estimated services needed, duration, and diagnoses. The GFE will help you understand the financial aspects of therapy upfront so you can make an informed decision about pursuing treatment.

  • Love and Grow Youth and Family Therapy, PLLC is in-network with Aetna, United, Optum, Quest Behavioral Health, Select Health - Colorado, BCBS of Minnesota, and BCBS of Massachusetts (Virtual Network) . Clients seeking to use their in-network benefits schedule initial intake and follow-up session appointments through Headway, Alma, or ZocDoc.

    If we are not contracted with your insurance company, you may still be able to utilize your out-of-network (OoN) insurance benefits. We will provide you a SuperBill (i.e., invoice for services that include a CPT code, diagnostic information, date of service, and proof of payment) that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Standard diagnostic assessment CPT codes are 90791. Therapy CPT codes used are 90834, 90837, and 90846/90847 if there is family work involved.
